Interview with Me

  • By formal definition, Coaching is defined as a process where a coach partners with a client to help them achieve specific goals or maximize their potential through focused conversations, guidance, and support, rather than providing direct instruction or solutions.

  • Each program has different objective, but overall, you can expect a more focused mindset, more clarity, more aliveness and confidence. That said, I believe 90% of your results depend on your commitment.  Trust the process. I’m 100% committed to your success.

  • You can expect results in your first week.   The best part is you can expect results to stack throughout the program!  Each time you raise your awareness, dig a little deeper, start to understand your behaviors and make new choices is another step towards your new amazing results.

  • Growth is paramount for me. I will continue to learn, increase training and certifications.  For now, here is a list of the many diverse programs I’ve completed starting with the most recent:

    • Certified Life Coach and Certified Health Coach [Health Coach Institute]

    • Tony Robbins – “Unleashing the Power Within” Program

    • Tony Robbins – “Time to Rise” Program

    • LEAN Team Management 16-week Training [McKinsey & Company Consulting]

    • 3T Warrior 120-Challenge on Health & Mindset [3T Warrior Academy]

    • Personal Trainer [NASM]

    • Fitness Nutrition Specialist [NASM]

    • Sandler Sales Training - Sandler Training and Closing Business

    • Wellness Coach Program [Wellcoaches – School of Coaching]

    • Jon Hopkins Professional Development Program [Jon Hopkins]

    • Masters Degree: Engineering Management [Oakland University]

    • Bachelor Degree: Mechanical Engineering [Oakland University]

  • Reality is that I’ve been consulting since high school.  I was the guy people trusted for insight, advice and positiveness.  It has always been part of my nature.  I have always incorporated various fitness routines, nutrition, stress management and holistic awareness into my professional career.  It became a way of life for me.  However, I received my first Wellness Coach certification in 2015.  At that time, I led corporate exercise classes, and then transitioned into 1:1 coaching work with clients to give them a tailored, more personal program which included exercise (or movement), nutrition, meal planning and stress management techniques. In my corporate career, I began professional development coaching in 2017.  At that time, I started at a new company where we had a revolving team, and I saw a deep need for organized weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to help with motivation, professional development and building trust.  I was promoted to Customer Team Manager in 2021.  That is when I began to form and build my own team, and 1:1 weekly coaching became a staple in our regime.  I always offered to incorporate personal life (with permission) into these sessions as well.  I take a holistic approach, because I believe that personal life and work life can affect one another.

  • Review the programs to see the various programs and the relevant descriptions.  If you still are not sure, and you are serious, please book a “Coaching Discovery” call and we can discuss what program is best suited for you.

  • My system includes a variety of methods, most are science-based, but I also mix in non-conventional ways as needed.  I offer handouts, tips & tricks, exercises and conversations that guide you through the What, When, How, Where, Why and Who.  We will define the key measurables based on your goals and track them.  We will also design experiments to dissect and transform habits.  We will also work on clearing the clutter so you can make space for the new you.  Each session has a theme that will provide small steps to sustainable change.

  • I work with any individuals (men and women), businesses and organizations who are committed to growth and crave new results.  However, it is not within my scope to treat individuals with severe medical conditions, but I do partner with medical professionals in conjunction to make sure you are receiving support from both ends.

  • Honestly and respectfully speaking, my programs and systems are NOT for those who:

    • are NOT financially or personally committed to their business or self-growth

    • do NOT show up, and live in a world of chronic excuses with zero ownership

New results require commitment and ownership. If you are one of the above-mentioned people, I kindly and respectfully ask that you do not schedule an initial conversation with me. We’ll probably not work well together. I hope you understand.

  • Generally, we' will meet weekly, and each session will range from 45 – 60 minutes. I recommend we agree on a consistent day and time.  However, I understand we may have to shift some sessions depending on schedules.  Sessions can be held via telephone, virtual or in-person.  In-person will depend on your location and may incur additional travel costs.  For virtual, there are a few options, and we can decide which video platform is best.

I also offer a check-in between sessions via message to keep the accountability and check your progress.  If you are facing a moment of weakness at some point, and it happens, you are welcome to have an emergency call between sessions.  We will discuss this in our first session.
