Why I Chose Coaching: Answering the Call

Some paths in life are so deeply woven into who we are that we don’t always notice them at first. That was true for me. I was recently blessed with more quiet time than I knew what to do with. I used this opportunity to look deep inside and reflect on my life and reflect on my truths. Looking back now, I realize this journey toward coaching began over 30 years ago. But like so many of us, I was too busy chasing what I thought I was supposed to do, too distracted to hear the quiet voice inside pulling me in a different direction.

Eventually, though — it became impossible to ignore. It was time to wake up, to listen, and to follow my heart and intuition. Coaching isn’t just something I do. It’s who I am. It’s a calling that’s been with me all along, waiting patiently for me to claim it. It is my giveback for a higher purpose.

I’ve always held a lifelong commitment to health, wellness, and personal growth. Not just for myself, but for the people around me. And over the years, that commitment has evolved into a way of life. For me, longevity and quality of life aren’t just ideals — they’re essential. Having the energy to be present in the moment, run around the yard, play sports, hike, swim, dance, and simply live fully with my family and friends has brought me incredible fulfillment. Those experiences create lasting bonds, spark joy, and remind me what really matters.

That’s what I want for you, too. But you have to want it also.

It’s my calling to help others live with purpose, clarity, and fulfillment. To help people reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve neglected in the busyness of life. If you’ve been feeling that tug — that quiet voice inside asking, “Is there more for me?” — I want you to know, you’re not alone. That voice matters. And I can help you answer it.

If you’re ready to feel better, to have more energy, and to build a life that feels like your own again, let’s talk. Together, we’ll establish meaningful goals and create a path that’s not just about surviving — but about truly thriving. You deserve to live as your best self. And you don’t have to do it alone. - Coach Sal
